How does it work?
1. Choose how many lessons you want to take.
2 Email Total-IELTS at infototalielts@gmail.com and arrange your schedule. The subject of your email should be IELTS Speaking Feedback Service. Please note that we are on Vietnam time, so check the time zone first.
3. Buy the number of lessons you want using our secure PayPal provider.
4. You will receive a PDF document with a list of topics to choose from and the Total-IELTS Skype and Zoom login details.
FAQ
Can I choose my own topic?
Yes, of course. When you buy an IELTS Speaking Feedback package we will send you a PDF document with a list of 10 full tests (parts 1 to 3) and you have the option of choosing from the list or you can choose your own. Alternatively, the tutor can give you a random topic that's not not the list.
Do I need to do the mock test under exam conditions?
If you want to get the most reliable and accurate feedback, we recommend that you do the mock test under exam conditions. This will give you a much better idea of how you’ll perform in the real test.
Can I submit a recording rather than take a 1-1 lesson?
At the moment, we do not offer this service but if there is a demand, we will accept recordings.
How secure is my payment?
All payments go through PayPal. We do not record or register in anyway any of your credit card details. You are directly directed to the PayPal site, where you fill in your information. So, there is no need to worry about any issues with payments or the security of this site.
Can I pay in my own currency?
You can pay through our secure PayPal service. Prices are in $US and converted into your local currency.
Do you have a refund policy?
Total-IELTS Speaking Feedback Service does not operate a refund policy. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, please send your concerns using the designated email within 30 days of receiving the writing correction report and it will be taken into consideration. All requests will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
After buying a package, how long do I have to use it?
All of the IELTS Speaking Feedback packages are valid up to one year from the day you purchased our service.
Are my personal information details secure?
Your privacy is important to us; thus, your email address will never be shared, rented or sold to anyone for any reason.
Can I see an example of your feedback?
Scroll up this page and you’ll see links for a PDF summary of the student in the video. You can also watch the student. After the 1-1 mock test you’ll get immediate feedback from the tutor and a summary will be sent to your email address.
What is email support?
After your lesson and feedback summary, you can email Total-IELTS if you have any further questions. We will try to answer promptly.
Will the same tutor give feedback on all my mock tests?
We try to give all the tests to the same tutor, but at times this might not be possible. Still all our tutors are standardized, which means you should get the same feedback no matter who is correcting your speaking.
Do you offer discounts for more than 4 lessons?
The prices are already discounted so we do not offer further discounts for more than 4 lessons.
How do I find you on Skype or Zoom?
After you buy a package, you’ll be sent a PDF document with the Total-IELTS Skype and Zoom login details.
How do I set up a schedule?
Before you buy any lessons, email Total-IELTS and we will arrange your schedule. Please note that we are on Vietnam time, so check the time zone first.
Can I just practice parts 2 and 3 rather than do a full mock test?
Of course. When you email Total-IELTS say which parts, or the full mock test, you want to take. You can also inform your tutor what you prefer in your lessons.
