4. If you are living/working in Vietnam, you can complete your purchase by bank transfer.

FAQ
Do the courses offer a guaranteed band score?
Total-IELTS does not offer a guarantee score in the official IELTS test as various factors can affect a candidate’s score on the day.
Can I choose the number of lessons I want?
Of course. You can decide how many lessons you want to take.
Can I arrange my own schedule?
We will try to accommodate your preferred schedule but kindly remember the time differences. We are on Vietnam time.
Can I choose which IELTS skills to focus on?
Yes. You can choose any skill you want. Whether you want to focus solely on one skill such as speaking or you want to focus on all skills, it's entirely up to you.
How secure is my payment?
All payments go through PayPal. We do not record or register in anyway any of your credit card details. You are directed to the PayPal site, where you fill in your information. So, there is no need to worry about any issues with payments or the security of this site.
Do you offer lessons for more than 4 students in a group?
We believe that 4 students is the maximum number of students per group because every student needs personal attention and the opportunity to contribute.
Can I pay in my own currency?
You can pay through our secure PayPal service. Prices are in $US and converted into your local currency.
NOTE: Vietnamese residents can pay by bank transfer using a QR code. You can choose your payment method, either through PayPal or bank transfer.
Do you have a refund policy?
Total-IELTS Speaking Feedback Service does not operate a refund policy. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, please send your concerns using the designated email. We will take your concerns into consideration. All requests will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
After buying lessons, how long do I have to use it?
All of the IELTS Exclusive Courses purchases are valid up to one year from the day you purchased our service.
Are my personal information details secure?
Your privacy is important to us; thus, your email address will never be shared, rented or sold to anyone for any reason.
What happens if I choose group lessons and the other students drop out before the end of the course?
The course will continue until the end. Please read Terms of Service.
How do I find you on Skype, Zoom or Google Meet?
When arranging your lessons with your teacher, you can agree the most convenient way to conduct the lessons.
Can I reschedule my lessons if I'm not able to attend?
We are flexible and understanding. Speak to your teacher if you need to reschedule.
