How does it work?
1. Choose a speaking test from our list of authentic IELTS Speaking Tests. If you choose to do your own mock test, attach a copy when you submit your recording.
2. Record your test.
3. Buy a Speaking Feedback Package on our secure PayPal provider or bank transfer (Vietnam only).
OR
You can buy a Speaking Feedback Package first and then record your test.
4. Submit your recording by email to infototalielts@gmail.com. The subject of your email should be IELTS Speaking Feedback Service.
5. Receive your test results. A summary of your scores and recommendations will be sent to your email address within 48 hours.

Can I choose my own topic?
Yes, of course. When you buy an IELTS Speaking Feedback package we will send you a PDF document with a list of 10 full tests (parts 1 to 3) and you have the option of choosing from the list or you can choose your own. If you choose your own topic, attach a copy when you submit your recording.
What format should I use for my recording?
You can send us a mp3, mp4, wav, or the link to google drive.. We have access to most common audio types. If at anytime there is a problem with opening the audio file, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Can I send more than one mock test?
Yes, you can send up to 4 at a time.
After buying a package, how long do I have to use it?
All of the IELTS Speaking Feedback packages are valid up to one year from the day you purchased our service.
Can I practice different parts rather than do a full mock test?
Of course. You can decide which parts, or the full mock test, you want to take. However, each recording you submit should be no longer than a total of 14 minutes.
Do I need to do the mock test under exam conditions?
If you want to get the most reliable and accurate feedback, we recommend that you do the mock test under exam conditions. This will give you a much better idea of how you’ll perform in the real test.
How secure is my payment?
All payments go through PayPal. We do not record or register in anyway any of your credit card details. You are directly directed to the PayPal site, where you fill in your information. So, there is no need to worry about any issues with payments or the security of this site.
Can I pay in my own currency?
You can pay through our secure PayPal service. Prices are in $US and converted into your local currency.
Do you have a refund policy?
Total-IELTS Speaking Feedback Service does not operate a refund policy. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, please send your concerns using the designated email within 30 days of receiving the writing correction report and it will be taken into consideration. All requests will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
After buying a package, how long do I have to use it?
All of the IELTS Speaking Feedback packages are valid up to one year from the day you purchased our service.
Are my personal information details secure?
Your privacy is important to us; thus, your email address will never be shared, rented or sold to anyone for any reason.
Can I see an example of your feedback?
Scroll up this page and you’ll see links for a PDF summary of the student in the video. You can also watch the student. After you have submitted your recording, you’ll get feedback from the tutor and a summary will be sent to your email address within 48 hours.
What is email support?
After your lesson and feedback summary, you can email Total-IELTS if you have any further questions. We will try to answer promptly.
Will the same tutor give feedback on all my mock tests?
We try to give all the tests to the same tutor, but at times this might not be possible. All our tutors are standardized, which means you should get the same feedback no matter who is correcting your speaking.
Can I just practice one part of the test rather than do a full mock test?
Of course. You can choose which part you want to practice. When you choose the "Parts of the test" package, only record that part and submit it.
Do I need to follow the timing stated in the Package?
Yes. In order to get an accurate grade, you need to follow the timing stated in the Package.
